Job summary

Turbo Tim’s Anything Automotive in the Twin Cities is seeking a hands-on Performance Build & Motorsports Manager to own the full build program, prioritize projects, manage budgets, and drive ambitious automotive feats. You’ll translate vision into actionable plans, set milestones, and keep projects on schedule while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Fabricate, troubleshoot, and help execute the work with mechanical and electrical expertise.
• Plan backward from events, coordinate milestones, tuning, testing, and logistics.
• Engage employees across stores to turn ideas into achievable builds and showcase talents.
• Collaborate with video team to plan filming around milestones and capture progress.
