Tri-Force Consulting Services, Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior PeopleSoft Administrator to lead the modernization of the PeopleSoft ecosystem, migrating to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and upgrading PeopleTools and PUM images.

You will collaborate with application, database, cloud, and security teams to design, build, and test highly available environments, and you will perform disaster recovery planning, performance tuning, and post-production support.

Job Description

• The Senior PeopleSoft Administrator will provide senior-level technical leadership and hands-on support for the PeopleSoft modernization program. This position will support the migration of the PeopleSoft application ecosystem to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), along with PeopleTools and PeopleSoft application upgrades to the latest supported releases and PUM images.
• The consultant will work closely with application development, database, cloud, middleware, network, security, and infrastructure teams to design, build, migrate, upgrade, test, and support highly available PeopleSoft environments. Work Assignment

Skills/experience of the assigned staff: Required

• Minimum of 15 years of PeopleSoft administration and technical architecture experience; 20 or more years is preferred.
• Expert-level experience with PeopleTools 8.59 or later and PeopleSoft 9.2 applications.
• Extensive experience with PeopleTools upgrades and PeopleSoft application upgrades using PUM.
• Strong experience administering FSCM, HCM, ELM, EPM, and Portal environments.
• Demonstrated experience migrating enterprise PeopleSoft environments to OCI.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Internet Architecture, WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, Elasticsearch, and Oracle Database.

• Experience supporting large and complex PeopleSoft environments across DEV, TEST, UAT, STG, PROD, and DR.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows, Oracle Database, SQL Server, high availability, disaster recovery, security, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Oracle OCI Professional or Architect certification is strongly preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and technical leadership skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with application, database, middleware, network, security, and cloud teams.
• Must be available to support production cutovers and critical issues outside normal business hours when required.
• Minimum 15 years of hands-on PeopleSoft administration and technical architecture experience (20+ preferred). Expert knowledge of PeopleSoft 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.59 or later across HCM, FSCM, ELM, EPM, and Portal. Proven experience migrating enterprise PeopleSoft environments to OCI, including testing, cutover, and stabilization. Hands-on experience with PeopleTools upgrades, Change Assistant, PUM images, PRPs, security patches, tax updates, environment refreshes, and PHIRE migrations. Strong troubleshooting skills across PIA, WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, Elasticsearch, and Oracle Database. Experience with Linux, Windows, SQL Server, high availability, backup and recovery, disaster recovery, monitoring, and performance tuning. Ability to coordinate across teams, write runbooks, and train internal staff. OCI Professional or Architect certification strongly preferred. Role is 100% remote. After-hours availability is required for production cutovers and critical incidents.
