Job summary

Origin is seeking a California-licensed Physical Therapist specializing in women’s health and pelvic floor therapy. You will support patient care, perform assessments, and design individualized plans to improve outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration, education, and ongoing professional development within a supportive clinic environment. Applicants should be CA-licensed PTs with interest in pelvic floor therapy; prior pelvic floor experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid California Physical Therapist license is required.
• Strong interest in women’s health and pelvic floor therapy.
• Ability to educate patients and document care plan effectively.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize information from referrals, records, imaging and histories.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction via posture, gait and exams.
• Develop individualized care plans with patient goals and outcomes.
• Apply evidence-based interventions (exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, biofeedback).
• Evaluate progress and adjust plans as needed to drive outcomes.
• Educate patients about recovery and coping strategies.
• Follow up to ensure adherence to plan of care.
• Coordinate with providers and local organizations to expand patient access.
• Provide clinical instruction for at least one student rotation per year.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
