CarePoint Response, Inc. (CPR) seeks a Peer Support Specialist Supervisor to join our Mobile Crisis Team at our Baltimore, MD location.

You’ll provide on-site crisis intervention, assessment, and stabilization with a peer specialist, helping individuals in crisis develop safety plans and connect to resources. This role requires a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), at least two years in peer recovery, a valid driver’s license, and the Peer Support Specialist Certification (RPS).

Qualifications

• High school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• Two years of experience in peer recovery required.
• Peer Support Specialist Certification (RPS) required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to individuals in crisis as part of the mobile crisis team.
• Develop crisis plans and linkages to care.
• Document regularly for supervision.
• Provide on-site crisis intervention and stabilization.
• Support and supervise peer specialist.
• Build relationships with community resources.
