Job summary

Clarvida in Santa Ana is seeking an innovative Lead Peer Mentor Track 2 to join our program. As a peer with lived experience, you will provide highly individualized services and promote consumer self-determination within the community.

You will work as part of a collaborative team, offering mentoring, advocacy, and practical support to help clients achieve daily living goals. This role emphasizes recovery, respect, and building strong community partnerships, with the added benefit of daily pay

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required with computer or business courses
• Knowledge of self-help and recovery models preferred
• Experience as a Peer Specialist/Mentor is required or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties as a team member under supervision
• Provide work-related supportive services including transportation
• Mentor and problem-solve with clients on and off the job site
• Communicate with clients to support relationships
• Provide practical help, advocacy and direct assistance to daily living needs
• Coordinate social activities and group facilitation as needed
• Develop relationships with community agencies to advocate for empowerment
• Document all activities and maintain HIPAA ethics and boundaries
