Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy while leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of COTAs across Colorado. Expect ~5–10 patient visits per week, supervision of COTA services and documentation, and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams.

This role merges clinical care with supervisory leadership in a clinician-owned organization founded to deliver high-quality pediatric home health

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Colorado OT license.
• Graduation from an accredited OT program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned service territory.
• Ability to perform the physical demands of patient care, including lifting, positioning, and mobility assistance.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate pediatric patients and complete reassessments and progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and functional goals.
• Provide interventions addressing activities of daily living, sensory integration, motor skills, cognition, and functional independence.
• Assess and recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications.
• Educate families and caregivers to support carryover between visits.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation in accordance with agency standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and support a team of Pediatric COTAs.
• Monitor assistant caseloads and documentation compliance.
• Conduct monthly direct-observation visits and provide feedback.
• Coach clinicians and support competency development.
