Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical laboratory settings.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as Medical Lab Scientist in clinical labs.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient testing, quality control, and instrument maintenance per policies and safety guidelines.
• Supervises daily technical operations and workflow to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Mentors and directs assigned staff for ongoing development and goals.
• Develops and maintains policies, guidelines, and procedures in line with regulatory standards.
