Job summary

Sierra Circuits, a Sunnyvale-based PCB leader, seeks a Drilling Supervisor to oversee drilling department processes and workflow. You will supervise Drilling and Laser associates, ensure safety and quality, and report on daily operations.

Requirements include 6–8 years in PCB, 3–5 years in supervision, proficiency with ProCim, Xact & Fastech, and Pluritech X-ray Drill. Shift is 1st, 6AM–2:30PM, Tue-Sat. Salary range listed as 75K–100K per year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 6–8 years in the PCB industry, specifically Wet Process.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a supervisory position.
• Ability to read and understand technical work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Drilling department processes are followed.
• Analyze registration data and troubleshoot jobs; stop a problem if needed.
• Assist in managing workflow and prioritize work during shifts.
• Provide daily updates to managers on department issues.
• Report problems affecting quality and delivery to managers/engineers.
• Inspect tools and equipment; report malfunctions promptly.
• Provide training to existing and new employees in the Drilling Department.
