Job summary

Sanmina is seeking a Mechanical Drill Operator in Costa Mesa, CA to perform all NC drill functions for PCB manufacturing. The role requires operating Excellon and Hitachi drill machines, NC routing, and precise measurement of features. ITAR facility requires US citizenship or permanent resident status.

Experience in lamination and fabrication processes, plus good communication skills, are preferred. Salary ranges from $39,520 to $45,760 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years drilling and routing experience.
• Understanding travelers, customer specifications and tolerances on blueprints.
• Experience in lamination operation.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate Excellon and Hitachi drill machines.
• Run NC routing equipment in manual and automatic mode.
• Adjust scale and tooling changes as required.
• Measure line width, spacing and dimensions with micrometers and calipers.
