Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or related field preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of PCB design, signal integrity, and product development.
• 6+ years as mechanical drafter/designer or equivalent.
• Proficiency in PCB CAD tools: Altium, Cadence Allegro, Xpedition or KiCad.

Responsibilities

• Develop PCB designs and implementation plans for complex products.
• Lead design directions, coordinate with teams to meet requirements.
• Perform analyses on signal integrity, impedance, manufacturability, reliability.
• Own PCB designs from concept through release and ensure quality compliance.
• Mentor junior designers and uphold engineering standards.
