Job summary

Presbyterian SeniorCare Network is seeking an LPN – Personal Care at our McCandless, PA community. This role coordinates and supports individualized care plans for residents and provides leadership to the care team to ensure high-quality services in a warme, home-like setting.

The position offers full-time and part-time hours on an hourly, non-exempt schedule with rotating weekends and holidays. Starting pay ranges, plus sign-on bonuses, reflect experience and shift.

Qualifications

Hold a valid, current Practical Nurse License in good standing.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
Experience in Senior Living preferred.
Experience in memory care preferred.
Proven leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support individualized plans of care for residents.
Supervise and direct community team members to ensure quality care.
