Arkridge Homecare in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a compassionate Lead PCA/Caregiver to mentor caregivers, support clients, and ensure high-quality in-home care in the surrounding communities.

Responsibilities include training staff, conducting quality checks, covering shifts, and coordinating with management. We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, referral bonuses, and opportunities for professional growth; a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for local travel.

Formación

• Previous caregiving and/or leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel locally daily.
• Flexible to accommodate last-minute schedule changes.
• Willingness to provide caregiver coverage for call-outs and staffing needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with dependability and punctuality.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsabilidades

• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to caregivers.
• Maintain communication with management and office staff.
• Assist with client intake paperwork and documentation.
• Train and support caregivers in the field.
• Conduct client and caregiver quality checks.
• Provide coverage for client shifts when needed.
• Work scheduled client care shifts.
• Support office operations and field responsibilities.
