Arkridge Homecare in Memphis, TN is seeking compassionate Caregivers/PCA to provide in-home care for seniors and individuals with disabilities. You will create your own schedule based on availability, enjoying flexibility and balance.

We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive team environment. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with opportunities for unlimited referral bonuses and community impact.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience or CNA certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Caring, dependable and compassionate attitude.

Responsabilités

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Light housekeeping
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Running errands and assisting with daily activities
• Supporting clients with activities that help them maintain independence and dignity
