Job summary

Arkridge Homecare seeks a Lead PCA/Caregiver to support clients in Athens, TN and nearby communities. The role combines direct client care with caregiver training, quality assurance, and daily operations leadership.

Ideal candidates have caregiving and/or leadership background, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel locally. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this on-site role with flexible shifts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience and/or leadership experience
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel locally on a daily basis
• Flexibility to accommodate last-minute schedule changes when needed
• Willingness to provide caregiver coverage for call-outs and staffing needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Dependable, punctual, organized, and flexible
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Follow all Arkridge Homecare policies and procedures
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to caregivers
• Maintain consistent communication with management and office staff
• Assist with client intake paperwork and documentation as needed
• Train and support caregivers in the field
• Conduct client and caregiver quality checks
• Provide coverage for client shifts when caregivers are unavailable
• Work scheduled client care shifts as needed
• Support office operations and additional field responsibilities as assigned
