Job summary

Arkridge Homecare in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a compassionate Lead PCA/Caregiver to mentor caregivers, support clients, and ensure high-quality in-home care in the surrounding communities.

Responsibilities include training staff, conducting quality checks, covering shifts, and coordinating with management. We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, referral bonuses, and opportunities for professional growth; a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for local travel.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving and/or leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel locally daily.

About The Position

Arkridge Homecare is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Lead PCA/Caregiver to support our clients and team in the Chattanooga TN area and surrounding communities. This position is ideal for someone with strong caregiving experience who enjoys mentoring others, problem-solving, and stepping in when additional support is needed.

• Maintain consistent communication with management and office staff
• Assist with client intake paperwork and documentation as needed
• Train and support caregivers in the field
• Conduct client and caregiver quality checks
• Provide coverage for client shifts when caregivers are unavailable
• Work scheduled client care shifts as needed
• Support office operations and additional field responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications
