Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five or more years payroll experience supporting 400+ employees.
• Experience as the primary payroll resource or lead.
• Experience processing biweekly and semimonthly cycles.
• Experience with UKG or similar systems (HRIS/timekeeping).
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, deductions and compliance.
• Experience with benefits providers and payroll vendors.
• Ability to identify process gaps and implement solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Process and oversee accurate biweekly and semimonthly payrolls for 400+ employees.
• Serve as the primary payroll subject matter expert and lead resource.
• Review payroll transactions including hires, terminations, bonuses, deductions and tax withholdings.
• Audit payroll and timekeeping data and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain payroll records and perform reconciliations, quarter- and year-end activities.
• Administer timekeeping systems and ensure accurate approvals and reporting.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance and vendors to ensure data integrity.
• Support payroll tax reporting, W-2 processing, audits and compliance.
• Manage payroll systems configurations, testing, integrations, and optimizations.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and controls.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll and employee data.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
