Job summary

International Mineral Carlsbad LLC is seeking an Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting functions, including invoices, payments, reconciliations, and reporting. The role requires strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

You will work with ERP/accounting systems, assist with audits, and provide service to site leadership and staff in Carlsbad, NM. A minimum of 2 years in accounting is preferred; associate degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years accounting, bookkeeping, or accounts payable experience.
• Experience with account reconciliations and 3-way matching.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data organization.
• Experience in ERP/accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, bills, and payments with accuracy.
• Perform 3-way matching of POs, receipts, and invoices.
• Complete reconciliations and research discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate data entry in accounting systems.
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets for management.
• Support audits with documentation and schedules.
• Provide accounting support to site leadership and staff.
