Job summary

MNTN is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead our semi-monthly payroll for 400+ employees, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will manage Paylocity workflows, handle payroll submissions, and coordinate closely with People and Finance to resolve issues and ensure timely updates, including year-end processes.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with NetSuite/ADP, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years payroll experience
• Experience with audits (Quarterly/Annual) and SOX controls
• Knowledge of payroll tax compliance and year-end processes
• Experience with Paylocity preferred
• Knowledge of NetSuite and ERP integration is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage semi-monthly Paylocity payroll for 400+ employees from start to finish
• Coordinate with People and Finance on payroll submissions
• Ensure timely processing of hires, terminations, and rate changes
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory standards
• Prepare ad hoc payroll reports for HR, Finance and other departments
• Perform Year-End payroll processing and W-2 issuance
