Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years of payroll processing with multi-state responsibility.
• Experience with Workday and UKG payroll systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of payroll taxes and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for U.S. and Canada.
• Ensure accurate, on-time payroll for about 1,000 employees.
• Compliance with federal/state/local wage and tax regulations.
• Audit payroll data; support year-end activities (W-2s).
• Partner with HR to align payroll processes and requirements.
