Compensation for this position will be determined based on a combination of factors, including education, professional certificates, relevant experience, and other job-related considerations permitted by law.
The Lead Payroll Analyst oversees payroll operations to ensure employees are paid accurately, on time, and in compliance with applicable payroll regulations. This role supports the full payroll cycle for approximately 1,000 U.S. and Canadian employees across weekly and semi-monthly payrolls. The position combines hands-on payroll expertise with operational oversight, issue resolution, compliance, process improvement, and system testing to maintain effective and reliable payroll operations.
