Job summary

Texas EZPAWN L.P. Retail location in Waco, TX seeks a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) to oversee daily store operations and lead a team. You will process loans, extend pawns, coach staff, and ensure excellent customer service.

This on-site role offers hands-on leadership development and a clear path toward higher responsibility within EZCORP's pawn brand family. A positive attitude and strong negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or lead experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize.
• Knowledge of pawned items is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
