Qualifications

• BS degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience in heavy civil construction.
• 3–5 years progressive project experience in heavy civil environments.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in paving, dirt, and grading.

Responsibilities

• Forecast project revenue and costs to meet profitability goals.
• Lead the estimating effort for asphalt paving projects and develop bids.
• Coordinate with estimators to establish budget and manage resources to meet schedule.
• Ensure project start-up plans and safe, profitable execution.
