Job summary

Fisher Industries seeks a Paving Foreman based in Arizona to lead daily paving operations and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality targets. The role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and hands-on supervision of a 6–10 person crew across multiple sites.

You will manage asphalt laying, monitor quality, coordinate staff and materials, operate equipment, and maintain safety and environmental standards while traveling to job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• MSHA 5000-23 certificate is required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as Paving Foreman.
• Must pass drug test and physical.
• Clean driving record; Class A license a plus.
• Operate equipment to maintain project specs.
• Capable of supervising crews of 6–10 people.
• Strong interaction with asphalt plants and trucking subs.

Responsibilities

• Manage laying asphalt and monitor paving quality.
• Create work plans, schedules, and allocate staff and supplies.
• Operate and maintain equipment daily.
• Lead and direct the paving crew; train and mentor as needed.
• Ensure safety policies and environment standards are followed.
• Complete paperwork such as timesheets and quality checklists.
• Travel to job sites; work extra hours when required.
