Job summary

U.S. PAVEMENT SERVICES LLC is looking for an experienced Paving Foreman to lead our paving crew on various projects. You will supervise daily operations, ensuring crew productivity, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety standards.

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of asphalt paving experience and strong leadership skills. This role includes a competitive benefits package and opportunities for overtime travel when necessary.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in asphalt paving, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of paving materials, equipment, and techniques.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the activities of the paving crew.
• Read and interpret project plans, grades, and specifications.
• Monitor and adjust paving operations to ensure quality and compliance.
