Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver license and health card.
• 5+ years of asphalt paving or heavy civil construction experience.
• Willingness to work overtime and emergencies 24/7.
• Able to communicate effectively with crew, inspectors and customer representatives.
• Experience with customer specifications and coordinating with outside agencies.
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end and read construction prints.

• Effectively run one or multiple paving project sites from start to finish.
