Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Patient Transporter, or similar customer service position.
• One year of Call Center or Dispatch experience, preferably in a hospital environment.
• BLS Certification through the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Trains staff and provides orientation for newly hired personnel.
• Maintains competencies and pursues knowledge to improve outcomes.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives and evaluates systems for efficiency.
• Performs Patient Transport and Dispatch duties as needed, mentoring others.
• Ensures high quality customer experience and professional conduct across interactions.
