Job summary

Premier Radiology, a Radiology Partners practice in the Nashville area, seeks an organized front desk professional to oversee daily front desk operations and support the Patient Service Representative team.

You will register patients using Epic and RIS/PAC, fill in at the front desk when needed, and contribute to a smooth patient experience in a busy outpatient imaging setting. The role emphasizes accuracy, privacy, HIPAA compliance, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of work experience, preferably within a medical office setting.
• Solid understanding of Medical Terminology.
• Knowledge of clinical policies including safety, privacy, and HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the front desk division.
• Assist the Patient Service Representative staff in registering new patients and former patients to schedule their appointments using Epic and the RIS/PAC system.
• Fill in at front desk as needed.
