Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the front desk division.
• Register new and returning patients and schedule appointments using Epic and RIS/PAC.
• Maintain current knowledge of the practice management system and training materials.
• Identify procedural or training issues and communicate with management.
• Fill in at front desk as needed.
