Zusammenfassung

ModMed is seeking a driven Patient Services Trainer who will shape a positive team and patient experience within our Revenue Cycle Management group. You will provide training and workshops to Patient Services Specialists at all levels, including onboarding and nesting, while updating curricula and materials.

You will collaborate with Supervisors and other trainers to ensure comprehensive training resources and tools, supporting a fast-paced healthcare IT environment that is modernizing medicine.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2–3 years of medical claims/billing and contact center experience.
• Minimum 1 year of dedicated training experience.
• Minimum 1 year of people leadership or operations leadership experience.
• Minimum 1 year of reporting and data analysis experience.
• Ability to do 50-75% travel.
• If local to Boca Raton, hybrid commute to HQ is required.
• Ability to train groups up to 30 onshore and 15 offshore.

Aufgaben

• Create and lead training sessions and workshops for all specialties to ensure team members are trained in all system processes.
• Utilize nesting feedback and KPI metrics to design new training curriculums.
• Onboard and train employees, act as QA coach for 3–4 Patient Services Agents.
• Serve as a point of contact to support internal teams’ daily workflows.
• Explore new tools and AI to improve onboarding processes.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams and external consultants for global training needs.
• Identify when new hires need additional support and escalate to leadership.
