Zusammenfassung

ModMed seeks a driven Patient Services Trainer to shape team and patient experience within our Revenue Cycle Management group. You will design and deliver training for Patient Services Specialists, onboard new hires, nest coaches, and QA staff, and update curricula and materials to ensure effective training.

The role emphasizes collaboration with supervisors, adoption of AI tools, and proactive coaching to elevate service delivery and patient outcomes in a fast-paced Healthcare IT environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years of medical claims/billing and contact center experience.
• Minimum 1 year of dedicated training experience.
• Minimum 1 year of people leadership or operations leadership experience.
• Minimum 1 year of reporting and data analysis experience.
• Ability to do 50-75% travel required.
• Hybrid commute to Boca Raton headquarters if local.
• Train groups up to 30 onshore and 15 offshore.
• Strong communication, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Openness to AI tools and training applications.
• Professional demeanor with strong organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Create and lead training sessions and workshops for all specialties to ensure team members are trained in processes and product knowledge.
• Utilize nesting feedback, KPI metrics, and client investigation forms to design new workshops.
• Onboard and train employees, serving as QA coach for 3–4 Agents during nesting and QA calls.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to support global training needs.
