Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Data Enablement & Operations - Patient Services & Value & Access to lead data engineering and operational support for patient data products in a regulated life sciences setting.

You will build scalable data pipelines, enable cross-source data aggregation, support Salesforce integrations, ensure data quality and governance, and partner with analytics teams and vendors to onboard data.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in data engineering, operations, or analytics engineering.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, ETL/ELT, APIs, version control, CI/CD.
• Operational understanding of regulated pharma data (claims, payer, CRM, patient support).

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable data pipelines.
• Enable data aggregation across healthcare and pharma sources.
• Support Salesforce integrations and data quality governance.
• Collaborate with analytics teams and vendors for data onboarding.
