Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Lead Patient Care Technician to join our behavioral health team in Arizona. The Lead PCT works with RN, PCT, and BHMP to deliver direct care and supervise shift staff, ensuring a safe patient environment and high-quality care.

The role requires proactive safety oversight and knowledge of intervention protocols. The Lead PCT is responsible for unit safety, staff direction during interventions, and providing direct patient care when needed, while

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of health care related experience.
• EMT certification (AZ) preferred but not required.
• CNA certification (AZ) preferred but not required.
• Valid identification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to behavioral health patients and support to PCTs on shift.
• Coordinate with RN, PCT and BHMP to ensure a safe environment and quality care.
• Oversee unit safety and operational effectiveness, identify safety concerns, and direct staff during non-violent interventions and restraining episodes.
• Provide direct patient care when needed and ensure adherence to program policies and procedures.
