Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our behavioral health team in Arizona.

The PCT will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), in person or telephonically, and will help maintain a safe, compassionate treatment environment. The role emphasizes collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team and responding to behavioral health crises.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required; Associate degree or higher preferred.
• At least 6 months of health care related experience with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations.
• Minimum six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Support patient safety and report environmental or patient-specific safety concerns to the RN or supervisor.
