Job summary

Upperline Health is seeking a Lead Patient Care Coordinator for our Perimeter, GA office. You will assist physicians, manage clinic operations, and lead a range of clinical and administrative tasks. Ideal candidates will have podiatry or orthopedic exposure and strong EMR proficiency.

You will coordinate patient enrollment in Upperline Plus, staff clinics, and drive patient experience metrics while collaborating with regional leadership to achieve clinic goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator.
• Podiatry or Orthopedic clinic experience preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and strong knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience working with an EMR – preferably athenahealth EMR.
• Effective communicator with strong grammar and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated team leader with stable work history.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and staff coverage.
• Drive patient enrollment and engagement in Upperline Plus with the care team.
• Lead recruiting and onboarding for non-provider clinical roles.
• Monitor clinic KPIs with regional leadership and drive improvements.
• Facilitate daily clinic huddles and ensure scheduling adherence.
• Ensure patient experience meets quality standards and HIPAA compliance.
