Hours: 8-hour shifts – 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, M-F

Location: St. Joseph Medical Center - Kansas City, MO.

We are seeking a Lead Patient Account Registrar, sometimes referred to as a n Admission Representative Lead. The Lead Account Registrar oversees the daily workflow of the admitting and registration team to make sure every patient is checked in accurately, quickly, and with a positive experience. The Lead Patient Account Registrar handles complex registration issues, support front line staff, and step in to resolve problems related to insurance, authorizations, or patient accounts.
