Genesis Hospitality’s Chez Alice Princeton pastry shop is seeking a skilled pastry professional to execute production and finishing of all baking and pastry items. You will lead pastry preparation, ensure quality, and support operations across weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays.

You will perform daily requisitions, pastry production, and setup for the retail case, with the ability to work on an a la carte line under the Pastry Chef's guidance. A strong team player attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Exemplary baking and pastry skills and knowledge.
• Must obtain SERV Safe certification.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Produce dessert and bakery products following recipes or chef's directions.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work environment and station daily.
