Job summary

Ideal candidates have hotel kitchen experience and the ability to handle physical demands. You will rotate stock, maintain cleanliness, and assist in controlling costs while adhering to HEI standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pastries and related items to recipe cards and production standards.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down pastry station and equipment.
• Monitor the quality and freshness of all baked items during service.
• Date, label and rotate inventory per HEI standards and maintain proper temperatures.
• Maintain clean and organized workstation and follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
