Grace Community Church in Worthington, MN seeks a Lead Pastor to guide worship, teaching, and disciple-making across a growing church family. The candidate leads multi-staff ministries, develops staff, and engages the local community with a biblical, encouraging vision.

The role requires proven preaching ability, EFCA-aligned theology, ordination within 5–7 years, and strong personal character. A Master of Divinity is preferred and bilingual ability is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple staff in a pastoral setting.
• Proven ability to communicate biblical truth clearly.
• Ordination and alignment with EFCA theology are expected.
• Strong personal character and integrity with accountability.
• Demonstrates relational leadership and cultural sensitivity.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.
