Cambridge City Christian Church is seeking a Lead Pastor who will shepherd the congregation through biblically sound preaching, relational ministry, and Spirit-led vision. The role emphasizes outreach to young adults, families, youth, and underprivileged individuals while caring for current members.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial yet collaborative, with strong integrity and a track record of equipping believers for ministry in a culturally relevant context.

Qualifications

• Clear call to pastoral ministry with servant leadership.
• Proven ability to preach/exposit Scripture in relevant contexts.
• Strong relational gifts and shepherding for all life stages.
• Experience leading staff and volunteers and collaborative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Preach and teach weekly, and in other settings for discipleship.
• Care for congregation through visits, counseling, weddings, funerals.
• Build relationships with members, newcomers, and families in crisis.
• Collaborate with elders on vision, planning, and governance.
• Oversee staff and coordinate ministry areas and outreach.
