Independent Bible Church in Cadillac, MI is seeking a full-time Lead Pastor to provide biblical teaching, spiritual leadership, and shepherding care for a small congregation of about 55 attendees. The role emphasizes preaching, vision casting, and ministry leadership in a warm, relational church community.

The ideal candidate has a clear sense of calling, strong communication skills, seminary or Bible college training, and a collaborative leadership style aligned with our doctrinal statement.

Qualifications

• Meets biblical qualifications for elder (1 Tim 3, Titus 1).
• Demonstrated calling to pastoral ministry.
• Strong preaching and communication skills.
• Relational, humble leadership style.
• Seminary or Bible College degree preferred; ministry experience required.
• Alignment with our doctrinal statement and ministry philosophy.
