Charis Community Church is seeking a Lead Pastor who will lead the church in fulfilling our mission of being a Christ dependent, disciple making, kingdom focused church through prayer, preaching, vision-casting, and shepherding.

The ideal candidate would be a humble leader with a shepherd’s heart. He will be gifted in gospel-centered preaching, disciple-making, and have a heart for church planting. Above all, he will treasure Jesus and equip the elders, the staff, and the congregation in growing in Christ-likeness.
