Job summary

New Life Christian Alliance Church is seeking a lead pastor to oversee and grow our ministry and vision. The role emphasizes preaching, teaching, and discipling the congregation, in collaboration with staff and elders, to advance a thriving faith community.

The position is full-time and exempt, with a salary commensurate with experience. English fluency is essential; other languages are a plus as we serve a multi-cultural congregation.

Qualifications

• Licensed or ordained or willing to pursue licensure/ordination in CMA denomination.
• M. Div. or Th. M from an accredited seminary.
• 10+ years of pastoral experience including pulpit responsibilities.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Preach and teach weekly to the congregation.
• Serve as elder to the congregation alongside other leaders.
• Provide oversight to pastoral staff and lay leadership.
• Help implement church vision and liaise with denominational leadership.
• Pastoral counseling, weddings, funerals, and visitations as needed.
• Foster outreach and oversee small groups and Bible studies.
