Job summary

Grace Community Church in Worthington, Minnesota, is seeking a Lead Pastor to cast vision, preach with biblical depth, and equip lay leaders for mission.

The candidate will guide ministries, develop staff, engage local communities, and cultivate a multi-cultural, gospel-centered church. A Master of Divinity is preferred and EFCA ordination within 5–7 years is a condition of employment; bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 years of multi-staff pastoral leadership experience.
• Demonstrated competence in preaching.
• Master of Divinity preferred; EFCA ordination in 5–7 years as a condition of employment.
