Independent Bible Church in Cadillac, MI is seeking a Lead Pastor to provide spiritual leadership, biblical teaching, and shepherding care for the congregation. The role includes preaching, vision development, and guiding ministry teams to fulfill the church's mission with humility.

Qualifications

• Meets biblical qualifications for elder (1 Tim 3, Titus 1).
• Demonstrated calling to pastoral ministry.
• Strong preaching and communication skills.
• Relational, humble, and team oriented leadership style.
• Seminary or Bible College degree preferred; ministry experience required.
• Alignment with our doctrinal statement and ministry philosophy.
