Responsibilities

Engage in pastoral leadership, preaching, weddings, funerals, counseling, and worship facilitation.
Develop programs and policies for ministry with Elder/Deacon board approval.
Train and supervise church staff and volunteers; oversee finances with treasurer.
Represent the church publicly and foster community relationships.
Plan short-term and long-term church ministry goals with board input.
Attend monthly Elder/Deacon and departmental meetings.
