The role requires strong leadership, proven experience with cast‑in‑place concrete, and the ability to work with owners, designers, and contractors.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of superintendent or field supervision experience.
• Proven experience with parking structures, tilt‑up construction, and heavy structural concrete.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, drawings, schedules, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations for cast‑in‑place concrete and parking structures.
• Coordinate concrete placements, sequencing, site logistics, and daily work activities.
• Supervise subcontractors and trade partners to maintain schedules and productivity.
• Review drawings and submittals to ensure correct execution.
• Develop daily/weekly work plans and provide progress updates.
• Enforce safety requirements and conduct safety meetings.
• Maintain field reports and project documentation.
