Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Lead Lot Attendant to deliver exceptional hospitality and accurately handle revenue and parking reports at our location in Monroe County, PA. The role requires friendly guest interactions, safe operation of equipment, and strict adherence to parking policies and procedures.

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or GED and basic math/cash handling skills, plus solid reading and writing abilities and strong verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Basic math and cash handling skills are needed.
• Strong reading, writing and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly guest service and greet guests promptly.
• Accurately collect and reconcile revenue, and complete shift reports.
• Operate the cashier, gate, POS and credit card machines safely.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow Towne Park standards.
