Job summary

Lynx EMS in Parma Heights, OH is seeking a full-time Day Paramedic to provide Advanced Life Support during emergency responses, interfacility transfers, and scheduled transports. You will serve as the clinical leader on the unit and mentor EMT partners, ensuring high‑quality patient care and adherence to protocols.

The role requires Ohio Paramedic certification (or eligibility), BLS (ACLS preferred), a valid driver’s license, and strong judgment and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio Paramedic certification or eligibility for reciprocity.
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Professional, reliable, and patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide ALS care in accordance with state protocols
• Assess, treat, and monitor patients during transport
• Administer medications and perform advanced procedures within scope of practice
• Lead and support EMT partners
• Complete accurate electronic patient care reports
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and inspection‑ready ambulance

Location: Parma Heights, OH

Pay: $28 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable FT Day Paramedics to join our team. This is a full‑time opportunity, providing Advanced Life Support (ALS) care during emergency responses,

interfacility transfers, and scheduled patient transports. As the clinical leader on your unit, you will deliver exceptional patient care while supporting your EMT partner and ensuring compliance with all protocols and company standards.
