Thomas J. Henry Law in San Antonio, TX, seeks a Paralegal Trainer to design, implement, and deliver training programs for paralegals in a high-volume personal injury practice. The ideal candidate has extensive PI paralegal experience and strong leadership and communication skills to train staff across experience levels.

Certification in PI Trial Law is preferred. Responsibilities include developing SOPs, mentoring, and ensuring consistency in case handling while staying current with legal tech

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and completion of an accredited paralegal program.
• Minimum 7 years of personal injury paralegal experience.
• Experience training, mentoring, or supervising legal staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and public speaking.
• Ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain onboarding and ongoing training programs for paralegals.
• Train new hires on firm policies, procedures, and case management systems.
• Deliver hands-on instruction across the personal injury spectrum.
• Assess trainee performance and provide coaching.
• Create training manuals, SOPs, guides, and videos.
• Collaborate with attorneys to align training with firm standards.
• Stay current with changes in personal injury law and technology.
