Cloud Analytics Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Lead Firewall Engineer / Cybersecurity Engineer to join our enterprise security efforts in New Jersey. You will lead network and perimeter security, manage Palo Alto firewalls, and strengthen security controls across on‑prem and cloud environments.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in cybersecurity engineering, deep hands-on Palo Alto experience, and strong scripting skills.

Competenze

• 6+ years of cybersecurity engineering experience.
• Hands-on Palo Alto Networks firewall administration in large enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of firewall policies, rule reviews, configurations.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, VPNs, WAN/LAN, and network security architecture.
• Experience with IDS/IPS, WAF, SIEM, EDR, DLP, and CASB.
• Experience supporting security operations across AWS and Microsoft Azure environments.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management, risk assessments, threat analysis, and incident response.
• Scripting with Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Strong knowledge of NIST, CIS Controls, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 security standards.
• Experience creating security architecture diagrams, runbooks, and technical documentation.
• Ability to lead security projects and collaborate with infra/network/cloud teams.
